Selena previously revealed in Vanity Fair magazine that she limits her use of social media as it negatively impacts her mental health. The actress now only has the TikTok app on her phone. Regarding her Instagram account, Selena relies on her assistant to post content to avoid seeing negative comments.
Speaking to Women’s Wear Daily magazine, Selena stated, “I do all my posts by texting my assistant. I do it because it’s such a huge part of why I feel good mentally. I’m completely clueless about pop culture, and it makes me so happy. Maybe not for everybody, but for me, it’s been my lifesaver.”
